Meta Motion provides a variety of motion capture hardware and software solutions for capturing body and hand motions as well as facial expressions.

Autodesk® MotionBuilder™ allows mutiple input devices to control character motions of body, face and hands live or via post-production. This flexibility allows simultaneous capture of actors - providing a higher degree of spontanaiety. In some instances different actors will be used to drive a character in a composite fashion - one actor controlling the body, one controlling the face, and another controlling the hands.

As a post-production tool, MotionBuilder allows incremental recording and editing of body, face and hands at the same time or different times, allowing higher degrees of control for 3d character animation.
